Over the past year, DXS collaborated with the Transforming Cancer Services Team and primary and secondary clinicians to upgrade Pan London’s Urgent Suspected Cancer Referral Forms.
Available for EMIS, SystmOne, and Vision clinical systems, the revised SMART forms aim to reduce inappropriate referrals by promoting the accurate inclusion of all necessary information for investigations and timely patient care.
In addition to multiple SMART features such as validating fields and automated calculations, the revised forms (previously known as Two Week Wait referrals) also contain updated clinical guidance and patient information to help guide all involved.
Proven to reduce referral rejections and patient delays, we look forward to witnessing the impact of our SMART functionality in ensuring patients receive the care they need.
